HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY BOAT?

Naturally, in summer boats are in great demand. So book as far in advance as possible so that you have a better chance of getting the dates and the boat you want.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

Book directly sending us an email or contact us via our contact form. The more information you can give us, the easier it will be to help you. Remember to include: dates, the boat you are interested in renting, the number of passengers and anything else you think might help us. Once we have confirmed everything, we will need a 100% deposit to reserve the boat for you. Your booking is not guaranteed until we receive the deposit.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CHARTER START?

We normally recommend departing between 10:00 and 12:00 to get the most out of your day, but it is entirely up to you.

 

Our departures are 8 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

It's very rare to have bad weather days in summer. But it can happen. If your contract must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule it. If that is not possible, you will receive a refund.

 

Bad weather means rain, strong wind, high waves or all at once. A cloudy day does not count as bad weather if the sea is in good condition.

HOW IS THE COST OF FUEL CALCULATED?

The boat has two Volvo Penta D6 engines that consume 80L/h at cruising speed of 2,500 rpm. By the engines clock we know the hours and the fuel price is calculated on the basis of refuelling station prices. We can also calculate 7€ per mile when refueling between clients is not possible per time reasons.

WHAT IS THE FUEL CAPACITY OF MY CHARTER BOAT?

Each boat consumes different amounts of fuel. The technical data sheet for each boat shows all the data on capacity, consumption, autonomy, etc.

CAN WE BRING CHILDREN TO THE BOAT?

All our boats are suitable for children and we will make sure to carry on board the appropriate life jackets for them, but please let us know beforehand to have them ready.

ARE THERE UNLIMITED FREE DRINKS ON BOARD?

We supply you with unlimited water and soft drinks during the day. If you would like more options, please do not hesitate to contact us.

WHY AREN'T WINES AND CHAMPAGNES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Experience shows that our customers prefer to pay for the wine or champagne of their choice, before drinking others that are not to their liking, even if they are free. Each person is different and likes different things. Contact us to indicate your preferences and we will do our best to satisfy them.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK ON BOARD?

Cooking on board is not permitted for safety reasons, but we do allow customers to bring their own food and beverages. Please check with us first.

WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE BOAT RENTAL?
